With spring fast approaching and Easter on the way, the children at The Lighthouse have been planning their activities for the holidays coming up. We are hoping to get in the garden and plant our flowers and vegetables so we can see them flourish over the year. There are also trips planned to Richmond Park, Kew Gardens and Companion cycling amongst many other exciting things!
The Lighthouse still have weekly visits from Albus the PAT dog which enables the children to enjoy playing with him and taking him on walks in the local area.
Our new home in Raynes Park will be opening soon!!!
The Lighthouse Raynes Park is a 5 bedroom home for children with learning disabilities, with one bedroom for a child with physical disabilities.
There’s something funny going on around here…

The Big 1-8!!
One of the young people at The Lighthouse celebrated their 18th birthday this month. We had a big party with lots of food, family and friends and even hired
a DJ for the afternoon. A fantastic time was had by all and especially the birthday boy!
Over the past few months the children have enjoyed several trips to the theatre to see Stomp, The Lion King and Wicked, with trips to Matilda and Romeo and Juliet planned for the next theatre visits. Two of the children have also enrolled in a Saturday club for dance and performing arts which they are really enjoying.
